The Fleurieu Peninsula Family History Group has a large collection of materials including books, audio tapes, micro-fiche and films, computer software, and a computer for use in research available in our Library.
Items that may be found in our library include Australian Vital Records Index;
The 1841 Census of South Australia;
The Universal British Directory of 1791;
The London Church Records Compendium;
The National Burials Index of England and Wales;
Also numerous local, state and interstate related records as well.
Research can be undertaken on your behalf if you cannot visit our library yourself. We have volunteer researchers who will undertake this research for you at a nominal fee.
If you wish to visit the Resource centre please call in during the times mentioned below, then our helpers can guide you through the processes, and also wish research on the laptop computers which have access to the internet using the popular research websites.
The Resource Room is open to members on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm.
Open to the Public on the First Wednesday & Third Wednesdays of each month. (December & January CLOSED). 1.00pm – 3.30pm
Members – no charge
Non-Members – $3 per session
